Level II
Designed for experienced managers looking to cultivate their corporate culture and maximize leadership skills.
Project Management
For professional project managers or employees in a matrix or project environment, these courses present best practices to plan and run projects to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. These courses may be applied toward the education/training requirements of the CAPM or PMP certifications.
