Public Training
In association with CSA Education and Training we provide RABQSA certified Quality and Environmental Management System courses. We also specialize in custom designing training courses that can be presented at your site specific to your own company specifications. We are constantly expanding the range of courses we offer to meet our customer requirements and current demand.
Our Management Development Program is delivered at two different levels. Level One introduces the basic skills required for an individual to function successfully in a supervisory or management role. Level Two adds to that skill level and introduces the participants to a more sophisticated array of skills, to expand the individual's appreciation of the challenges faced by leaders in organizations today. They can be very effectively delivered at your site, either as single day courses or over a longer period of time.

We ensure that our on-site training is customized to the need of the organization. Our interactive workshop style is an effective method of ensuring that learning takes place in a relaxed, but focused manner. Our trainers are experienced managers who 'have been there' and know what is entailed in the practical application of these skills.
Long Distance Consulting
We offer a unique service for companies located in remote uneasily accessed areas in order to reduce the cost of training and consulting to the client. Most of the work is provided by phone and email consultation and advice. We have client's that are very pleased with this form of assistance and would be pleased to provide names and contact numbers upon request.
One-on-One with the Consultant
There are situations that arise for a company to require one person only to receive training under the pressure of audit and registration deadlines. We are able to provide on very short notice, a consultant to come on-site and work with your new quality auditor for one day to cover the requirements of the appropriate standard, assist with documentation review, perform an audit with them, or assist with non-conformances in the system.
Piggy-Back Training
We frequently work together with companies in the same location to arrange that they share the training and thus split their expenses or share the travel expenses to bring a trainer and then have their own on-site training. This works very well for companies in remote areas of the country.
