My question for you is on our CPQ Sheet, it asks if the parts can be salvaged and then asks for an estimated cost to fix or estimated cost to scrap. Can I take that off the sheet completely?

If a sub-supplier is certified to Nadcap but not ISO or TS, how does that affect our relationship and what would need to be done to keep them as a sub-supplier? The sub-supplier has never been ISO or TS certified but a waiver was obtained from the customer to use them in the past…

We already have a Quality Assurance Manual in place but it is my understanding that in ISO 9001:2015 there is no longer a requirement for a manual. How do we handle this transition?

Do we have to cover all of the elements (ISO 9001 and 14001) annually when we audit our processes and procedures? If yes or no, why so?

Does the ISO 9001:2008 standard require pages to be numbered in a controlled document? Example: in an SOP would you have to put page 2 of 3? Or as long as the bottom has issue date, form #, revision number and revision date – is that ok?
