This course provides training on the removal of waste from the production process through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Set-Up Reduction. Participants will examine the role of TPM in eliminating waste associated with production equipment and machinery by engaging all levels and functions within an organization, as well as the process of Set-Up Reduction as a way to help organizations identify and eliminate waste associated with preparing manufacturing processes for a new part.
