Course Description

Live, instructor-led remote training that provides a thorough understanding of the additional quality management requirements from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Participants will gain a detailed understanding of the CSR’s purpose and structure, how they integrate with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements, and methods for applying them within an organization (including how CSRs should be integrated into documents, checklists, records, etc.).
