Auditor Training
Efficient and effective audits are a cornerstone of Quality and Quality Management Systems. From internal audits to customer audits and more, your audit team needs the knowledge and skills required to support your organization’s goals and expectations.
These BRC courses are focused on generic auditor skills that can be applied to a variety of needs.

Layered Process Auditing
LPA is a formalized approach to auditing that focuses time and energy to ensure that high risk processes and mistake proofing devices are working properly.
This course covers the requirements for Manufacturing Process Audits as required by IATF 16949:2016 and the AIAG Guidelines for Layered Process Audits (using CQI-8, January 2014). Theory is combined with interactive workshops and exercises to improve and practice the participants’ skills.
Second Party Auditing Skills
Build the auditing skills required to conduct audits from a second party perspective (i.e. auditing your suppliers, vendors and/or contractors).
Participants will gain an understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard as a model for the required elements involved in a ‘typical’ quality management system, and learn the skills and techniques required to plan and conduct effective supplier audits as detailed in the ISO 19011:2018 guide to auditing.
